- Maintaining customer records: A Customer Service Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback. They may use customer data to improve products or services or identify areas for improvement.
- Upselling or cross-selling products or services: A Customer Service Executive may be responsible for suggesting additional products or services to customers. They must have a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to make relevant suggestions.
- Collaborating with other departments: A Customer Service Executive may need to collaborate with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to provide comprehensive customer service. They should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams.

**Salary**: ₹11,040.41 - ₹30,000.00 per month
