**Requirement**: Insperme is growing and we are hiring a Customer Service Executive to help grow our client’s brand(s).
**Remuneration**: As per industry standards
**Role & Responsibility**:
- Respond to all queries from customers and drive relationship with them
- Increase sales through providing relevant information in a timely manner to customers/clients
- Manage all data in CRM system
- Update product information in company website/catalog
- Generating monthly reports for clients
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of experience in similar profile with any ecommerce company
- Good command over English - verbal & written
- Business Writing ability
- Outgoing Nature, Ability to interact with people is a plus
- Basic Knowledge of all major social media platforms & internet
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Graduate**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining relationships with Trade & Business Partners
- Keep in touch with them to receive orders and follow up on collectibles
- Keep them informed about new products, services, schemes etc.
- Handling inquiries / complaints from Customers, targeting the satisfactory closure
- Gather customer feedback and share with Management
- MIS reporting and analytics
**Skills & Competencies***:
- Energetic, motivated and self driven
- Working knowledge of MS Office & Internet
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Past Experience in similar role in a product distribution or sales driven company
- Graduate in any stream
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
