**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, research, and connect with potential investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparency and engagement.
- Prepare compelling pitch decks, investor reports, and financial presentations.
- Represent Home Dot at networking events, investor meetings, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align fundraising strategies with company growth objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and investor preferences.
- Negotiate funding terms and oversee investor agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with existing investors, providing updates on company performance and strategic direction.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience working with a startup in investor relations, business development, or fundraising roles.
- Strong understanding of investment trends, financial modeling, and startup funding strategies.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Ability to craft and deliver compelling investor presentations.
- High level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools for investor tracking is a plus.
