**Job Type**: Full-time / Field Work

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door marketing to promote Oxford School’s offerings
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials in designated areas
- Generate and follow up on admission inquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with parents and local community leaders
- Provide daily and weekly reports of field visits and lead status
- Achieve monthly admission targets to earn attractive incentives

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass; graduates preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting new people daily
- Prior experience in field marketing, door-to-door sales, or school promotions is an advantage
- Must own a smartphone for reporting and communication
