**About the Role**:
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our logistics and purchasing operations. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring on-time delivery of materials, and securing cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the procurement process, including identifying vendors, soliciting quotes, negotiating contracts, and placing orders.
- Oversee the logistics function, including domestic and international transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Implement and improve logistics processes to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Manage and maintain accurate purchase order systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze logistics data and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage logistics budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends in logistics and purchasing.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with other departments, including production, sales, and finance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics and purchasing management.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Proven experience in identifying and negotiating with vendors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and logistics software (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
