Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement activities including vendor selection, quotation comparison, and purchase orders.
  • Arrange materials locally as per project requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and clients regarding material dispatch and delivery updates.
  • Manage logistics operations, including tracking shipments and verifying received goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in preparing procurement and logistics reports for management.
  • Support project teams with material-related coordination and follow-up.

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of local market vendors and sourcing.
  • Strong communication and client coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally, or any ERP system.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete assignments within deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
