**Role: Client Acquisition Executive**

We are seeking highly motivated individuals (freshers and experienced) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is focused on acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and driving growth in the Audio Visual (AV) solutions space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients for AV solutions.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and AV technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, client interaction, and business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and result-driven mindset.

**Compensation**
- **Freshers**: ₹25,000 per month (fixed)
- **Experienced**: Salary as per previous CTC and experience.

**Job Type**
- Full-time (Onsite)
- Immediate joiners preferred
