We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Customer Acquisition Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for a fresher or someone with up to 1 years of experience who is eager to make a difference and grow in a purpose-driven environment. You will engage with potential clients, manage relationships, and convert daily leads into active clients. Your role will be crucial in expanding our client base and raising awareness about the valuable services we offer to NGOs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on daily leads and convert them into clients.
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients, answering any questions they may have.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring consistent support and communication.
- Record and track interactions using CRM tools to ensure smooth follow-ups.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for client acquisition and lead follow-ups.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Fluency in Hindi & English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Excel is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Training will be provided.
