**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Approach prospective buyers to present project details.

**Sales Process**:

- Conduct site visits and explain project features, specifications, and pricing.
- Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and real estate regulations.
- Provide insights to the management for improving sales strategies.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for review.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment on goals.
- Participate in team meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of the construction/real estate market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales, especially in real estate or construction (preferred).
- Understanding of local real estate laws and market dynamics.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of leads generated and followed up.
- Conversion rate of leads to sales.
- Revenue contribution from closed deals.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
