**Desired Experience**

Basic knowledge of general healthcare and wellness space and/or sexual health and wellness space is desirable. Past experience of handling Social Media channels and marketing functions is appreciated. Experience of working in dynamic environment of a fast-growing startup will come in handy.

**Desired Skills**
- Familiarity with social media channels, features, audiences and trends.
- Creative and out of the box thinking for formulating visual & textual communication on social media.
- Outstanding copy writing and creative writing skills.
- Photo and video editing skills on platforms like Canva/Figma/Adobe Photoshop/other design tools to create social media posts, posters etc.
- Strong analytical skills to conceptualize social media campaigns.

**Core Responsibilities**
- To write crisp and effective copy for Social Media + other digital media channels (including posts, captions, tweets, hashtags).
- To keep track of ongoing trends and competitors’ activities to curate and create content.
- To develop creative campaigns and engagement strategies based on market research and analysis of trends to aid the business.
- Good communications skills to feature in videos and reels.
- Social media platform management across various channels.
- To work in coordination with marketing, content and other teams to drive outcome.

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
