Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage daily content creation and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader brand goals.
- Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions.
- Identify emerging trends and propose new platform strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other departments for cross-promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,
- 4+ years of proven experience managing social media for brands or clients.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills-in Kannada & English
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).1
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B or personal finance, tech, or lifestyle industries.
- Video editing and short-form content creation experience (Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Experience in Advertising is a must.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,681.42 per month
