**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Video Production**:

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos that highlight Torque Block’s products, events, and brand story.
- Create engaging video content for various platforms, ensuring each video is tailored to the specific audience and platform requirements.

2. **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Final cut pro, Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premier Rush, Lightroom and other related tools).
- Add graphics, special effects, music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the videos.
- Ensure the final video output aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and quality standards.

3. **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a video content strategy that supports our overall marketing objectives.
- Generate ideas for video content that will engage and grow our audience across social media channels and our website.

4. **Social Media Integration**:

- Optimize videos for each social media platform, understanding the specific requirements and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and more.
- Upload and manage video content across all social media channels, ensuring timely and consistent posting.

5. **Technical Skills**:

- Operate video cameras, drones, and other filming equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Ensure proper lighting, sound, and framing during shoots.
- Perform color correction and audio adjustments to enhance video quality.

6. **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Keep organized records of all video files and project assets.

7. **Brand Storytelling**:

- Create compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand’s message.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and social media to keep our content fresh and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Final cut pro, Davinci Resolv**e, Adobe Premier Rush, Lightroom and other related tools.
- Experience in shooting and editing videos for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematography.
- Ability to operate various video equipment, including cameras, drones, lighting, and audio gear.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for the performance automotive industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
