We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Video Editor to join our dynamic team and help us showcase our unique offerings.

**Job Summary**:
The Videographer and Video Editor will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that highlights our music education programs, student performances, and promotional materials. This role requires a strong visual storytelling ability, technical proficiency in video production, and a passion for music.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Production**:

- Capture high-quality video footage of student classes, performances, and events.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts for video content that aligns with our brand and mission.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Incorporate graphics, animations, music, and sound effects to enhance video storytelling.

**Content Development**:

- Work with the marketing team to create promotional videos for social media, website, and other platforms.
- Assist in the development of educational content, tutorials, and other video materials that support our curriculum.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain an organized archive of video files and project assets.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with instructors and students to capture authentic and engaging content that showcases their experiences at Music Pandit.
- Provide input and creative suggestions during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey messages visually.
- Experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with music education or a passion for music is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in film production, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.

**Salary**:

- INR 35,000 plus variable

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹12,936.18 - ₹40,000.00 per month
