**Your responsibilities**
- Monitor social media activities and aid in creating, planning, scheduling, and posting content
- Plan and maintain a social media calendar on a weekly and monthly basis
- Coordinate with different teams to achieve the desired results.
- Monitor social media analytics and identify viable ideas, trends, and growth patterns
- Assist in implementing and creating plans to increase engagement on social media.
- Brainstorm campaign ideas, define strategy and coordinate with marketing and design teams.
- Interact with followers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social media channels
- Provide suggestions for improving customer experience on social platforms

**What we’re looking for**
- Prior experience with marketing or social media.
- In-depth Working knowledge of Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube
- Ability to come up with creative ideas and experiment.
- Basic knowledge of social media automation and scheduling tools
- Ability to multitask and be a team player.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
