Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Social Media Intern role located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Intern will assist in developing, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across the company's social media platforms. Responsibilities include conducting research for relevant trends, managing campaigns, interacting with the online community, and analyzing content performance to optimize results. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with larger marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and understanding of platform-specific strategies
  • Skills in Social Media Content Creation, including writing and designing engaging posts
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing principles
  • Strong Communication skills for effectively engaging with the online community
  • Ability to stay updated on market trends and align social media strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to measure and improve performance
  • Knowledge of workplace trends in global talent recruitment is a plus
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
