We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented **Guest Relations & Operations Manager** to join our team at **Meghavi Wellness**, a thought leader in the Indian wellness industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about guest service, have a sales-focused mindset, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
As part of the rapidly expanding wellness industry, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the growth of the business. You will manage both the front-end guest interactions and the back-end operations, working closely with the team and collaborating with various departments to achieve company goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Handling**:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide clear and detailed explanations of the menu, services, and packages.
- Handle room calls and guest inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Staff Management**:
- Oversee daily operations and manage the team to ensure smooth functioning.
- Train new staff members, providing guidance on company policies, guest service standards, and operational procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance staff productivity.
- **Scheduling & Billing**:
- Manage appointments and ensure smart scheduling of services.
- Generate and maintain accurate billing reports to ensure seamless transactions.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Address and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales & Upselling**:
- Promote and sell memberships, upsell services, and cross-sell to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- **Reporting & Communication**:
- Prepare regular reports on operations, guest feedback, and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, HR, and finance, to ensure a smooth workflow.
- **Outlet/Branch Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet/branch, ensuring the facility remains clean, organized, and operational.
- Contribute to operational improvements and enhance the overall guest experience.
**Who Can Apply?**
- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate or Diploma holder with a decent understanding of computer systems and basic office software.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the retail, service, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving attitude with a keen focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in different shifts as per the operational needs.
- **Grooming**: Must maintain grooming standards as per company policy.
