**Role Overview**:
As a **Client Advisor** at Porsche, you are more than a salesperson—you are a luxury consultant and brand ambassador. You will deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience throughout the entire purchasing journey and ownership lifecycle. This role combines in-depth product knowledge with refined interpersonal skills to ensure every client interaction is aligned with Porsche’s premium standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Welcome clients into the showroom and build long-term relationships through a consultative sales approach.
- **Needs Analysis**: Understand client needs, lifestyle, and preferences to recommend the most suitable Porsche model and configuration.
- **Product Presentation**: Deliver exceptional product demonstrations, including test drives, vehicle walkarounds, and feature explanations.
- **Sales Process Management**: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, including finance, insurance, and trade-in discussions.
- **Vehicle Configuration**: Support clients in customizing their vehicles using Porsche’s configurator tools and personalization options (Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, etc.).
- **Follow-up & Relationship Management**: Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients to nurture loyalty and drive repeat business.
- **Delivery Experience**: Ensure a premium handover process that reflects the Porsche ownership experience.
- **CRM & Reporting**: Accurately maintain client records, sales activities, and opportunities using the dealership CRM system.
- **Events & Brand Representation**: Participate in dealership events, track days, launches, and client engagement activities as a brand ambassador.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end client service roles (e.g., fashion, hospitality, real estate).
- Deep understanding of premium customer expectations and lifestyle.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for performance vehicles and automotive technology.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
