**Home Care Nurse/ Caregiver -ERNAKULAM**

Currently, we are seeking experienced **Home Care Nurse/Caregivers**, both M**ale and Female**, who are self-driven and have the necessary expertise to join our team. We offer services throughout Kerala. This is a Home Based Care Service position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing support and assistance to elders to enhance independent living.
- Assistance with personal care includes showering, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist with medication management and medication administration.
- Providing support to enhance independence living skills.
- Assisting with accessing hospital appointments, community events, outings, and leisure activities.
- Helping to increase the capacity for transportation, personal care, and social interactions.
- Assisting clients with tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Establishing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients and their families.
- Assisting with accessing hospital appointments, community events, outings, and leisure activities.
- Following procedures and maintaining up-to-date documentation and reporting.
- Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and initiating IVs
- Uphold and adhere to the organization's policies and procedures

**Caregiver Qualifications**:

- Completion of Year 12 with minimum one-year Nursing/ Home Caregiver experience.

**Employment requirements**
- Willingness to travel and work in various cities across Kerala.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
