**Job Title**: Home Care Nurse (ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing)

**Location**: Kochi/Ernakulam

We specialize in post-hospitalization care, elderly care, and palliative care, ensuring personalized medical attention in the comfort of the patient's home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide bedside nursing care for post-hospitalized patients.
- Assist patients with Foley’s catheter management, feeding tubes, and other medical supports.
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as per the doctor's instructions.
- Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and pain management.
- Educate patients and families on post-hospitalization care and medication adherence.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure continuous patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in home care, hospital, or clinical settings.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Foley’s catheter care and other medical procedures.
- Knowledge of elderly care, post-surgical care, and palliative care.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
