**Title: Home Health Care Nurse/ Caregiver**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurses (GNM/ANM Nurses) and experienced caregivers to join our Home Care Nursing Organization. As a Home Care Nurse and caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your role will involve delivering nursing care, managing patient health conditions, and assisting with daily living activities, personal care to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional nursing care to patients at home, including administering medication, dressing wounds, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient, in collaboration with family members and healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, medication management, and preventive care.
- Monitor patient progress, provide updates to physicians, and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document nursing care provided.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery), ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife), with a valid nursing license, and relevant experience.
- Previous experience in home care nursing or hospital setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and patient care.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards patient care.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on patient needs.
- Basic understanding of patient safety, hygiene practices, and emergency response protocols.
