**CAREGIVER/Home Care Assistant**

Currently, we are seeking experienced caregivers for our home care service, both male and female. We offer services throughout Kerala, and this position is based on home care.

Job Responsibilities

Providing support and assistance to elders to enhance independent living.

Assistance with personal care includes cleaning, showering, toileting, and feeding.

Assist with medication management and medication administration.

Providing support to enhance independence living skills.

Assisting with accessing hospital appointments, community events, outings, and leisure activities.

Helping to increase the capacity for transportation, personal care, and social interactions.
- Assisting clients with tasks such as cleaning and laundry.

Establishing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients and their families.
- Assisting with accessing hospital appointments, community events, outings, and leisure activities.

Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and initiating IVs

Uphold and adhere to the organization's policies and procedures

**Caregiver Qualifications**:
+2 with a minimum one-year experience as a Home Caregiver

Employment requirements
- Willingness to travel and work in various cities across Kerala.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
