Food Technologist Intern

Develop and improve food products, ensuring they meet the desired taste, texture, nutritional value, and shelf-life.
- Work on product formulations and carry out trials to test recipes, ingredients, and production processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align product innovations with market needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products to ensure they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct tests and trials on food products to assess physical, chemical, and sensory properties.
- Identify and resolve issues related to food quality and production processes.
- Ensure all food products comply with national and international food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Stay updated with food safety regulations, labeling laws, and industry guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for food safety audits and regulatory inspections.
- Optimize food processing techniques for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product consistency.
- Implement new technologies or innovations that improve food production processes.
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that may affect product quality or efficiency.
- Conduct research to discover new ingredients, technologies, or methodologies that can enhance product development or production.
- Analyze consumer trends and competitor products to identify new opportunities in the food market.
- Test and evaluate new ingredients for functionality and flavor profiles.
- Work with packaging teams to ensure products are appropriately packaged to maintain quality, safety, and shelf life.
- Conduct shelf-life studies to determine the optimum storage conditions and expiration dates of food products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff to resolve operational challenges.
- Train and educate production staff on food safety, quality control standards, and new technologies or procedures.
- Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams regarding product features, production processes, and quality.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
