Food Technologist

**Responsibilities**

**Product Development**:

- Collaborate with the R&D team to create new and innovative food products.
- Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to drive product development.

**Process Optimization**:

- Analyze and improve existing food production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement new technologies and techniques to streamline manufacturing processes.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Conduct regular product testing, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay current with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure all products meet legal requirements.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to bring products from concept to market.
- Provide technical support to various departments as needed.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and testing procedures.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, including specifications and standard operating procedures.

**Required Qualification and Skills**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in food product development and process optimization.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using food processing equipment and technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Any relevant certifications in food safety, quality management, or related fields are a plus.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
