**1. Sensory Evaluation**
- Taste different varieties of tea to assess quality, flavor profile, and aroma.
- Identify subtle differences in taste and detect flaws or contaminants.
- Use industry-standard terminology to describe flavor notes and characteristics.

**2. Quality Control**
- Ensure consistency and quality across batches.
- Recommend blending options to maintain desired flavor profiles.
- Verify teas meet company or client standards before packaging and distribution.

**3. Blending Expertise**
- Create and adjust tea blends to achieve specific taste profiles.
- Work with tea buyers, agronomists, and product developers to fine-tune blends.

**4. Sourcing and Procurement Support**
- Evaluate tea samples from suppliers to select the best options for purchase.
- Provide feedback to growers or exporters on tea quality and improvements.

**5. Record Keeping & Reporting**
- Maintain detailed tasting notes and records of each sample.
- Prepare reports on findings and suggest improvements or changes to products.

**6. Product Development**
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new tea products or flavored blends.
- Test teas with various additives (herbs, spices, fruits) for new product lines.

**7. Training and Supervision**
- Train junior tasters or staff on proper tasting techniques and evaluation standards.
- Supervise tasting sessions and quality assessments.

**8. Market Awareness**
- Stay updated on tea market trends, regional harvests, and consumer preferences.
- Attend tea auctions or exhibitions as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
