**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development**:

- Formulate new nutraceutical products such as protein powders, amino acid blends, and sports nutrition supplements.
- Innovate flavors, textures, and delivery mechanisms (e.g., powders, capsules, gummies).
- Conduct stability studies to ensure shelf life and effectiveness.
- **Quality Assurance and Control**:

- Develop and implement quality standards for raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct sensory evaluations, chemical analyses, and nutritional profiling.
- Troubleshoot production issues to maintain consistency and quality.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure products comply with local and international food safety and supplement regulations (e.g., FSSAI, FDA, EFSA).
- Prepare and review product labels, including ingredient declarations and nutritional information.
- **Research and Innovation**:

- Stay updated with emerging trends in sports nutrition, functional foods, and dietary supplements.
- Evaluate new ingredients, formulations, and processing technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to create evidence-based products.
- **Manufacturing Support**:

- Oversee pilot production and scale-up processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of formulations, trials, and testing outcomes.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Biochemistry, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in nutraceutical product development or a similar role in the food or supplement industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of functional ingredients, flavor systems, and supplement formulations.
- Proficiency in using food processing equipment and lab testing instruments.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
