Food Technologist

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Product Innovation & Development:*
- Identify new product opportunities in Sports Nutrition, Health Supplements, and Nutraceuticals.
- Develop product concepts and prototypes aligned with market needs.
- Lead formulation, bioavailability, stability, and cost optimization for products like Whey Protein, Pre and Post-workout Drinks, Meal Replacement Shakes, and specialized supplements.
- Oversee product renovation projects for competitiveness.

*Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:*
- Stay updated on FSSAI, ICMR, and GMP guidelines.
- Ensure compliance in product development and lead regulatory processes.

*Project Management & Collaboration:*
- Manage the entire product development process from concept to launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, marketing) for smooth product launches.
- Oversee pilot plant experiments for scalability.

*Cost Optimization & Efficiency:*
- Collaborate with procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage product costing based on materials and budgets.

*Sensory & Shelf-Life Optimization:*
- Conduct sensory testing and shelf-life studies for product quality.

*Market & Competitor Analysis:*
- Perform market research and competitive analysis for new products.

*ERP & Data Analytics:*
- Use ERP systems to manage product lifecycle and track project milestones.

*Team Management:*
- Lead and mentor a team of product developers.

*Qualifications:*
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science
