**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan and manage a detailed content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts that resonate with the target audience.

**2. Content Creation & Trend Alignment**:

- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform, aligning with the company’s products and trending topics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visually appealing and impactful posts.
- Design original creatives and graphics when required.

**3. Campaign Management & Automation**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across social platforms to maximize ROI.
- Leverage tools to automate social media processes for efficiency and consistency.

**4. Community Management**:

- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community.
- Monitor online feedback and manage the brand’s reputation.

**5. Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the product, marketing, and business development teams to align social media efforts with overall company goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Expert or similar role.
- Proficiency in managing platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Excellent communication and English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of social media tools, trends, and algorithms.
- Creative skills with the ability to design compelling posts and campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using analytics tools to track performance.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns on social platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and its integration with social media strategies.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
