**Job Position : Social Media Strategist**

**Location : Chennai ( Work From Office )**

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Business Strategist at CubicDesignz. The Social Media Business Strategist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to social media marketing, communication, social media optimization (SMO), content strategy, and managing various social media platforms. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and implement effective social media campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform strategy development.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize strategy and drive performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms to maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner.
- Provide recommendations for content optimization based on audience insights and platform algorithms.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate social media performance and ROI to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a social media strategist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative social media strategies.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
