**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
- Plan and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams for cohesive brand messaging
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Manage social media budgets for paid campaigns and promotions
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and foster online community growth
- Stay up to date with platform updates and algorithm changes

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and paid social media advertising
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
