**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to individual and group clients.
- Provide detailed information about tour packages, including destinations, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- **Product Knowledge and Promotion**:

- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and tour packages offered by the company.
- Participate in promotional activities, such as travel fairs, webinars, and sales presentations, to attract potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM software.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
