We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Tour Executive to join our team. The Tour Executive will play a key role in creating, organizing, and delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients. This position requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Custom Itinerary Development**: Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints. Design bespoke travel itineraries that meet the unique needs and desires of each client.
- **Destination Research**: Stay updated on travel trends, emerging destinations, and unique experiences. Conduct thorough research on destinations, attractions, accommodations, and local vendors to curate unforgettable travel experiences.
- **Logistics Management**: Coordinate all aspects of the travel experience, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and dining reservations. Ensure seamless logistics from the moment clients depart to their return home.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their travel journey. Provide timely and personalized communication, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests to enhance the overall client experience.
- **Vendor Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate competitive rates and secure exclusive experiences for our clients.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality checks before, during, and after each tour to ensure that all aspects of the itinerary meet our high standards of excellence. Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to promote our travel offerings, assist with inquiries, and convert leads into bookings. Provide expert advice and recommendations to prospective clients to inspire them to embark on their next adventure with us.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong track record of designing and delivering exceptional travel experiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in travel planning software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for travel, cultural exploration, and creating memorable experiences for clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
