Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Develop customized travel itineraries tailored to clients' needs, including transportation, accommodations, sightseeing tours, and other activities.
- Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Research destinations, attractions, and travel suppliers to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to clients.
- Negotiate with travel suppliers to secure the best rates and packages for clients while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers, car rentals, and guided tours, as per clients' preferences.
- Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.
- Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Handle payment processing, invoicing, and financial transactions related to travel bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and other relevant information using CRM software or databases.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination-specific information to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members, including travel agents, tour guides, and suppliers, to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
- Handle emergency situations and provide assistance to clients in case of travel disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer service, and optimize the overall travel experience for clients.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
