**Job Summary**:
The Tour Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of tour operations for clients. This role involves working closely with clients to design and execute travel itineraries, handling bookings, ensuring smooth travel experiences, and providing exceptional customer service. The Tour Executive is expected to have knowledge of destinations, travel logistics, and be able to troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise during a tour.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tour Planning and Coordination**:
- Develop detailed itineraries for clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel needs.
- Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, transportation providers, and other suppliers to ensure seamless tour operations.
- Organize group or individual tours, ensuring all logistics are in place, such as accommodation, transportation, and sightseeing.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide timely and accurate information about destinations, travel options, and logistics to clients.
- Address any client concerns or issues during the tour, providing support and solutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales and Marketing**:
- Promote tour packages, upsell additional services, and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new tour products to recommend to clients.
- Prepare promotional materials or online content for upcoming tours.
- **Booking and Reservation Management**:
- Handle all aspects of booking transportation, accommodations, tours, and excursions.
- Ensure all bookings and arrangements are confirmed and processed in a timely manner.
- Manage changes, cancellations, or last-minute adjustments for tours as necessary.
- **Budget and Financial Management**:
- Maintain budget control by adhering to the pricing structure of tours and ensuring cost-effective planning.
- Prepare cost breakdowns and quotations for clients based on their requests.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and feedback.
- Prepare reports for management regarding sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is Plus.
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in travel operations, tour management, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of destinations, travel logistics, and tour planning.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using travel booking software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in [languages required] (additional languages are a plus).
