Hiring Sales Executives - Travel & Tourism : International Tours for a UAE Based Tourism Firm.

Location : WFH/Remote (Anywhere in Kerala, Mumbai, Hyderabad).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Customer Service: Sell international tour packages to customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of international tour products, including destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and travel services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and providing personalized recommendations.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling international tour packages.
- Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning their international trips, including suggesting destinations, creating itineraries, and arranging travel logistics.
- Booking Management: Manage bookings, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Documentation**: Prepare and manage travel documentation, including visas, passports, travel insurance, and other necessary paperwork.
- Travel Regulations: Stay updated on international travel regulations, including visa requirements, health and safety guidelines, and travel advisories.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to bookings, travel arrangements, and itinerary changes.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, and provide feedback to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract customers and increase sales of international tour packages.
- Travel Industry Trends: Stay informed about current travel trends, popular destinations, and new travel products to better serve customers and drive sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international travel destinations, itineraries, and travel services.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing bookings and travel arrangements.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and travel booking software.
- Travel Experience: Previous travel experience, especially in international travel, is often preferred.
- Education: A degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field may be beneficial, but not always required.
- Languages: Proficiency in foreign languages, especially those spoken in popular travel destinations, can be an advantage.

Also, Internship/Training from any Travel industry would be preferred.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
