Job description
- Provide ongoing support and information to key customers. Replying to the client requirements by demonstrating Product and Company presentations and convincing them to become companies' Clients.
- Keeping track of all Orders Execution of all Orders so that there should not be any delay for despatch.
- Conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey on a yearly basis.
- Maintaining reports to measure sales target vs. achievement.
- Lead generation call to old customers or new customers.
- RFQ management so that all RFQs are converted in Quotations for Exports.
- Exports Quotation follow-up so that all the offers pertaining to Export Quotations are converted into orders
- Maintaining key account relationships with some customers with whom we might have to interact regarding payment/supply problems /any other miscellaneous issues if any.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
