Purpose of the job:
**THE BUSINESS**
HH Global is an independent company that delivers outsourced procurement programmes within print, POS, promotional items, secondary packaging and creative services.
We work with some of the largest, most exciting and most progressive companies including Google, JD Sports, ASDA, HP, Bayer, HSBC and PepsiCo amongst others.
Originally formed as a print broker in late 1991 and following a management buy-out in 2002 by Robert MacMillan, the company has grown significantly, both financially and in terms of our client base. We are wholly focused on procurement outsourcing and entirely owned by the management team. This team has over 150 years combined experience in the procurement outsourcing sector.
HH Global today employs 4,000+ staff and has offices across Europe, the US, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. The company is a market leader in assessment-led outsourced procurement and provides a range of services to support clients and their agencies, including: strategic sourcing of print, POS, direct mail, promotional items and secondary packaging, marketing technology, media asset management, studio services, trans-creation and adaptation and marketing fulfilment.
**BACKGROUND**

This will be achieved through training and a personal development plan that will be aligned with growth plans, ensuring this role holder becomes part of our long term future.
**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
To support the HH Global onsite team by assisting with the administration of the instore POS campaigns. This role involves working very closely with the campaign manager for each campaign, processing artwork as instructed and data processing with accuracy & ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take briefs from the Account Manager and deadline dates and process campaign job data from start to finish, this will involve quoting simple print jobs ie small print, posters etc.
- Assist with spreadsheets to ensure financial procedures are met.
- Support on various WIPs.
- Responsible for updating PO trackers and raising PO's of respective campaigns for SAM/AM. Data entry with 100% accuracy.
- Supporting all service lines gaining an understanding of all team member’s tasks and undertake the responsibilities of others during busy periods / holiday cover within the team.
- Support the Account Managers in their day-to-day tasks which can involve extensive use of the internal system and ensuring campaigns are managed correctly.
- Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with SLA’s.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience:
- A great project/program manager, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Numerate and process driven with a strong commercial understanding.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a good sense of humour.
- Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure.
- Able to manage and communicate with other team members to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office is strongly preferred but not essential.
