Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of daily administrative and marketing tasks.
  • Handle documentation, email communication, and reporting with strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Support the marketing team in content creation, campaign execution, and digital promotions.
  • Design and edit creatives using Canva/Photoshop and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Contribute to content writing, copy editing, and social media posts.
  • Provide back-end and administrative support to ensure smooth department functioning.
  • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while also learning office administration skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education:

Any graduate (Bachelors degree in Arts, Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Candidates from a convent school background will be given preference due to strong English communication skills.

Experience:

12 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, or digital marketing roles.

Gender Preference:

Females preferred for this role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong content writing and communication skills (English proficiency written & spoken).
  • Good typing speed with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design/editing tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong command of MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.

Location Preference

Candidates residing in or near Andheri, Mumbai (Suburban area) will be preferred.
