Responding all the customers whatsapp messages and mails regarding any issues or Requirement.
Responding to calls related to sales or inquiries or issues.
Contacting customers/leads and convincing/converting them with purchases.
Follow up on abandoned carts/pending orders.
Need to verify if amount has been credited on each purchases on our payment gateways.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Effective communication skill.
English speaking & writing skills.
Any degree is fine (or) even 12th grade is fine.
Should know to use computers.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
