Quality Assurance Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and integrity in all aspects of production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and NPD, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate customer complaints or quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and product specifications.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs for production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality assurance and food safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the food industry/Restaurant chain/catering industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and FDA guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of product quality and safety.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.w

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
