**Main Purpose**:
The primary purpose of the Quality Assurance Specialist role is to oversee the documentation and implementation of ISO standards throughout the organization. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining high-quality standards across all departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate ISO documentation processes from scratch, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Manage and handle ISO audits and certification processes efficiently.
- Ensure full-scale implementation of ISO standards across all organizational departments.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to prepare actionable dashboards for informed decision-making.
- Conduct regular evaluations of vendors' quality performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate the documentation and implementation of quality requirements from customers.
- Drive KAIZEN activities (change for the better or continuous improvement) within manufacturing units to enhance process efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance in new product development.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding the quality of manufacturing processes.
- Introduce innovative formats, fixtures, and gauges to streamline QC lead time in inspections.

Outcome of Position:
The successful execution of responsibilities in this role will lead to the establishment and maintenance of robust quality management systems compliant with ISO standards. This, in turn, will enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction levels within Cannpro Solution.

Competencies:

- Proficiency in ISO documentation and implementation processes.
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and dashboard preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and customer interactions.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives such as KAIZEN activities.
- Knowledge of quality instruments and measurement techniques.
- Proven track record in facilitating ISO audits and certification procedures.
- Cross-functional collaboration abilities for successful new product development.
- Adaptability and resilience in managing challenges associated with quality assurance processes.
