Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Sales:
- Contact prospective clients via phone to introduce trade fair travel packages and services.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-ups with existing clients.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
2. Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address client queries and provide information about trade fair schedules, packages, and related services.
3. Sales Target Achievement:
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a high conversion rate of leads to confirmed bookings.
4. Coordination:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely execution of client requirements, including travel bookings, visas, and accommodation.
- Provide daily updates and reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
5. Market Research:
- Stay updated on upcoming trade fairs and exhibitions across industries.
- Identify potential industries and businesses that could benefit from trade fair participation.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification - Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Sales Skills: Persuasive, energetic, and confident personality with a passion for sales.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
