We are seeking a talented 3D Generalist to create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations for our Organisation. You will collaborate with our art team to produce assets and ensure seamless integration into the final product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create 3D models for environments, characters, and props.
- Develop textures and materials using tools like Substance Painter and ZBrush.
- Set up lighting and rendering for scenes.
- Collaborate with animators to rig and animate models.
- Optimize assets for performance in real-time engines (Unity, Unreal Engine).

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Maya, Substance Painter, and ZBrush.
- Experience with tools like Photoshop and Substance Designer.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, rigging, and animation.
- Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Houdini is a plus.
