The Senior 3D Generalist will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, animations, textures, rigging characters and objects, setting up lighting, and ensuring rendered scenes meet production standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with other team members to bring creative concepts to life, optimizing 3D assets, and contributing to various stages of the production pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop 3D models, environments, props, and characters using Blender and other toolsApply textures, lighting setups, and rigging for realistic and stylized outputsContribute to animation and rendering workflows across different projectsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet creative and technical goalsTroubleshoot and optimize 3D assets for performance across various platformsStay updated on trends and best practices in 3D design and developmentRequired QualificationsMinimum 4 year of professional experience as a 3D Generalist or similar roleProficient in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animationStrong experience with Blender; knowledge of other 3D tools is a plusFamiliarity with Unreal Engine and Unity is highly desirableAbility to adapt between realistic and stylized art stylesStrong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and creative thinkingEffective team collaboration and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Game Design, or a related fieldWork LocationThis is a full-time, on-site role.
