As a 3D Generalist, you will play a crucial role in the creation of high-quality 3D assets and environments. You will leverage your expertise in multiple software tools to bring concepts to life, ensuring that all elements align with the project's artistic vision and technical requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and refine 3D models, textures, and animations using Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, and Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate with the art and design teams to develop and implement project concepts and visual styles.
- Set up and manage lighting, shading, and rendering for various projects to achieve optimal visual quality.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance across different platforms and ensure compatibility with game engines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to 3D production workflows.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance your skills and the team's output.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, and Unreal Engine is essential.
- Strong skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Familiarity with animation principles and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
