**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**

Legal Executive shall identify workable Disposal loss portfolio through visits for initiation of necessary litigation, negotiation and resolution of the contracts with monthly DL recovery target and managing Defense cases (Criminal )filed against the company/employees.
- Identifying potential DL contracts through field investigation
- Initiation of litigation in identified potential contracts.
- Coordinate with advocates for filing cases
- Resolution of litigation by taking appropriate steps and execution warrants.
- Daily monitoring the progress of pending litigation
- Managing Criminal cases filed against Company and Employees.

LLB graduate with/ without Court practice.
- Knowledge about handling of 138, EP and Criminal cases
- Negotiation skills
- Communication
- Interpersonal Skills
- Basic Computer knowledge
