- To examine the current legal issues of the company, prepare/accumulate appropriate documentations required and discuss and decide the course of action to be taken.
- To monitor, guide and advise upon, claims made against the client's global network of firms.
- To handle end to end litigation and backend documentation related to Financial claims
- Advise on a wide range of legal issues including in relation to contract, tort, corporate, data protection, litigation, compliance and regulatory that arise in the day to day operation of the business
- Undertake other reasonably related duties (including administrative tasks) as may be assigned from time to time.
- Generally, be a part of the legal team and assist with such items as may be delegated from time to time at a team level.
- To draft agreements, contracts, MOU’s, notices and other legal documents in consultations with retainer Advocate appointed by the Company.
- To assist the retainer Advocate representing Company in all kinds of legal proceedings of the Company.
- To examine HR and Labour issues in the company and advise and consult steps accordingly.
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
- Assisting businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.
- Researching and resolving legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws, argument development, evidence collection, and legal representation.
- Examining and reporting any potential or existing legal issues to the relevant authorities.
- Managing multiple clients, cases, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
