**Job Title**: B2B Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and target new business clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored products/services.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions and demonstrating the benefits.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate terms and pricing, and close sales deals in line with company policies and pricing strategies.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to strategically position products and services.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account status in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address any issues or concerns from clients, ensuring quick resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in the B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., technology, finance, healthcare, etc.].
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
