**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to international clients to introduce our technical solutions and services.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate our offerings to address their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations to clients over the phone.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to coordinate efforts and maximize client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to better serve clients and provide relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or IT-related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones to accommodate international clients.
