We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team immediately. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Clearly and effectively communicate product/service information and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
- Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree is must.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
- Must be an immediate joiner.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Onsite

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
