**Telecaller (Real Estate)**
**Location: Zirakpur, India**
**Salary Range: INR 15,000 - INR 18,000 per month + Excellent benefits**
**Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm**

Join the dynamic sales team and play a pivotal role in driving property transactions and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction in the real estate sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive property information to inbound callers.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, demonstrating proactive engagement.
- Effectively follow up with interested clients, coordinating site visits.
- Maintain and update the customer database with precision.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to efficiently convert leads.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for both calls and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Graduate qualification
- Have prior experience in telecalling or sales, particularly within real estate (advantageous).
- Possess strong communication skills and persuasive abilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations is essential.
